AIMS MEDICAL has been awarded the Torres Quevedo grant (reference PTQ2023-013120), a competitive national funding program promoted by the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities to foster the incorporation of highly qualified researchers into companies and to strengthen knowledge transfer from research to industry.

The grant has been awarded to ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE MASSIVE SCREENING MEDICAL, S.L. and supports the incorporation of researcher Johana Muchová, with a start date of November 11, 2024, to carry out the project entitled: “Development of a machine-learning algorithm for diagnostic prioritization and in silico modeling of oropharyngeal dysphagia.”

The project falls within the Biomedicine area, specifically in diagnostic, prognostic, and therapeutic tools, and aims to advance the development of machine-learning algorithms for diagnostic prioritization and in silico modeling of oropharyngeal dysphagia.

This funding reinforces AIMS MEDICAL’s commitment to clinical innovation, applied research, and the development of artificial intelligence–based solutions that contribute to improved early detection, clinical decision-making, and efficiency in healthcare systems.

At AIMS MEDICAL, we highly value this opportunity to further strengthen our scientific team and continue advancing our mission to transform the screening and management of highly prevalent conditions through advanced technology and robust scientific evidence.
