AIMS MEDICAL has been selected in the first call for the INNOPASS program, promoted by Biocat – BioRegion of Catalonia, an initiative that recognizes 10 innovative solutions from the BioRegion of Catalonia with high potential impact on the public health system.
Through this selection, AIMS MEDICAL obtains the Innovation Passport, which gives access to a personalized support program for one year, with the aim of facilitating the incorporation of innovative solutions into the Catalan healthcare system. This initiative is part of the Program for Access to Innovation in the Catalan Health System (PASS), led by the Department of Health and Biocat, as reported in the official press release from the Government of Catalonia:
Our technology, based on artificial intelligence to detect the risk of dysphagia in hospitalized elderly patients, has been recognized for its technological maturity and potential impact in a priority clinical area.
